Very disappointed in the attention the staff give to preparing a burger. If you order online or for pickup, do yourself a favor... and check your burger. Physically open the bag, unwrap the hamburger and inspect it. I will be waiting six months before Ireturn. Perhaps that will give management enough time to teach the employees how to prepare a burger without soggy buns. Pleaseby all means, go and make an order. But do yourself a favor - check your burger. This was our 1st time here and it was so horrible we will not be coming back. The service was bad and they do not know how to... make items on the menu. Usually a good place , but Blake?s as a chain has lost some quality control in regard to undercooking food and providing... consistent training to their people who should provide a high level of service, cleanliness, and food quality. This was the 3rdtime I had concerns about raw hamburger meat on my lotaburger. The fries were precooked- not something I am used to here-andwere a little soft and warm. They have changed their green Chile as well, not nearly the quality it used to be. Not all greenchile is the same, even Hatch! It?s too bad they have lost a step. Food is good. Had to clean our own table only to wait several minutes for our food when it wasn't really busy.
