Be sure to check your order. They are very good at cooking, courteous at the window, and have pretty good service. Unfortunately... it happens, sometimes things get missed or the wrong item is given. The place needs more customer service training for the employee. Went inside, placed the order, 45 minutes later we don?t have... the food, apparently the order was lost and our card was charged. The dominos POS or ERP order management software probably needto be updated to improved the workflow. Read more
This is the second-worst Domino?s I?ve ever been to, which is pretty sad because it was a horrible experience. Pulled up to the... drive-through, waited five minutes and the employees are oblivious. Honk my horn, they don?t even turn their heads. Honk twice(it?s been nearly ten minutes by now) and nothing. I had to get out of my car and knock on the window before they even noticed Iwas there. I have been sitting outside the pickup window for 15 minutes. I've honked and everybody was staring at the monitors, no one is... coming out. It's unreal, it's almost comical because the guy packing the pizzas looked straight at me. There are 18 Pizzasitting there and mine is probably cold I am not happy at all. I'm going to call corporate office because this is ridiculous,thank you. They need to learn to acknowledge all aspects of your business. The employee that finally came to the window was verypolite.
