It was an awesome experience!!!! A very nice young man at the window and my food was fresh! We had to wait for fresh fries so... they gave us a root beer float to hold us over. Very great service! Can't wait to head back to Belen and stop by again! Read more
Service was super fast and super friendly. The Fry's however were a little disappointing. It looked and tasted as though the... grease maybe needed replacing? The rest of the food was great. Read more
Visited last week for a lunch date with the hubby and let me tell you.... excellent service!! They even brought our food out and... very clean establishment between both long johns and a&w, same with the drive through area! Drive through is pretty speedy andgreat customer service as well and I can't wait to bring my kids here.. they love root beer floats!!! We'll nr back very soon!Thank you, keep being awesome!!! Thumbs up at this location! My child enjoyed the grilled hot dog from the child's menu! The shrimp platter was delicious,... battered shrimp was hot & ready! Totally worth the few minute wait! We loved the fries!! Staff was very friendly! Keep up thegood work guys! Definitely coming back! Read more
I should have known better than to order tacos at a fried fish and burger place. But the picture on the counter made them look... really really good. Boy did they fool me. What I received was nothing like what was shown. The fish taco all you had threeshrimp in it and a sprinkle of finely chopped cabbage and then they looked like the whole taco was dipped into some kind oforange sauce. The salmon taco was the same way except the salmon had no flavor. Then after they dipped them in a sauce they wererolled up in paper. The paper was dripping with sauce when I took it out of the bag. Just awful. I said something to the guy atthe front counter and the best he could come up with was sorry about that. They should stick with fried fish only. Read more
Totally unsatisfied. today I went there pick up a order for a elderly friend .. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The... young staff seemed to be more interested in goofing off. The cashier did a good job but the boys did not get my to go ordercorrect. I ordered 2 fish and shrimp platters and one cheeseburger with fries. When the order was ready I left , but when I gotto my friends house ( about 5 miles away ) I realized The order was short one fish and shrimp platter and even when I asked foreach type of sauce they did not put in any cocktail sauce and only 1 tartar sauce. So I called back and a young lady answeredand I told her the problem. She apologized and asked if I would like a credit on my name or to come back and pick it up with alittle "extra food" for the inconvenience . I stated I would like to come pick up the food for my friends but I was alreadyover 5 miles away. When I returned the boys I asked if I was the guy that came back for the platter I said yes they handed me acold platter . I asked for a fresh cooked one for my elderly friends. They said sure. When he came back about 5 minutes laterhe handed me two boxes and said here is two orders and apologized. I went to drop off the platters to my friends and I told themthere is an extra order for the inconvenience. They said thank you , but when they opened up both boxes one was half filled withfries and the other one had the order of fish and shrimp with no fries. ( which I think was just microwaved and not fresh ,even the fries were soggy ). I have been there many times and I've had good food with good service. But now I am veryunsatisfied . I don't like being lied to by the employees. I hope the management will take care of this problem. I wouldnormally recommend this place but not today. Read more
Wouldn't let us drink the root beer from a mug. Chicken was old and tough. They obviously need to change their grease too. Blah!
