Every time I go to this location, I ask myself why I even bother. One time we ordered a milkshake in the drive thru. After... waiting for far too long, we were handed a warm, melted soup. It was very obvious that it wasn't right. When my husband pointedit out and asked if they could remake it, the employee refused and said "that's what you get for coming to McDonald's." He thentold my husband he'd meet him in the parking lot, alluding that he was going fight him? A manager came to the window, but theydidn't really seem to care. They gave us another milkshake but it was warm and melted like the first one. We just gave up andwent home. Then, this morning, I waited 20 minutes for a very simple breakfast order. When I finally got it, it was wrong. Iwent inside to get it corrected and was treated like I was bothering them. They just handed me a bag and walked away. The orderwas still wrong. I gave up and went home. I wish there were more options in this little town so I could avoid this McDonald'sforever. But as a working, commuting family, sometimes it's our only option when life gets busy. Read more

This McDonald's is very slow at everything. They littlerlyy made me wait one time for my Carmel frappe for likee 10 minutes in... the drive thru after I already paid for it. I'm so thankful the crew was still open when I got there and I was able to connect my device to charge and wait for my parents.... I really appreciate you all for your dedication to fast and friendly. I was glad you stayed open till ten, so I could at leasthave a vanilla cone that was just what I needed after walking and exploring your beautiful town. Easy walk from the train stop. Read more

3 for 3 on messing up my simple order! I?ll keep coming back for my refund, don?t worry. Also, 30 min in the drive... through??? What a joke. Do better. But you probably won?t, because the owner obviously has given up. Probably doesn?t even readreviews anymore. Update: I refuse to eat here anymore. Aside from the poor service, the food has become a sub-standarddisgusting mess in the last few months, and quite frankly I'm surprised eating it didn't give me food poisoning. Read more

Great place to stop when your children need a quick bite. When having my order taken, I could hear a conversation as if she was... on a cell phone. Then when seeing the person at the register filled with love marks all over her neck. Not very professional,especially when children are in the vehicle with you. It?s not often that I post a review but I felt like if people don?t communicate in a meaningful way then how can change take... place. I went in alone at 10am for breakfast. There was not anyone in line in front of me while I waited for over 6 minutes forsomeone to assist me. Then a male cashier reluctantly arrived and did not greet me but just stood there in front of the cashregister. I ordered and my meal was prepared in a timely way but the coffee I ordered took another few minutes before I receivedit. I asked two different employees before a young new hire finally gave me the coffee. I could see in the foreground that therewere as many as 12 employees chatting away and laughing with each other in the prep area. I was thinking they did not have anysense or awareness of their customers. While I was sitting down alone in the dining area a woman came in with a lot of plates ofhomemade food wrapped in foil and placed on the front countertop. She also brought in a large bag full of little things she wasselling and most of the employees left their position and went to join her to look over the items she had. I wanted to orderanother meal to go but there was no one paying attention so decided to leave. This is our hometown McDonald?s and would like tosee improvement in service. The meal itself was up to standard this time so my main concern is where has all the customerservice gone? Read more
