Typically the staff is friendly but $42.00 for wings and pizza from Pizza Hut is OUTRAGEOUS!!! Pizza Hut is NOT and by far NOT... the best pizza I?ve ever had. I won?t order here if I can get better pizza for less cost somewhere else. Used to have good dealsand now the deals aren?t deals. Save your Pennie?s and go elsewhere. Read more
Our order was canceled online, they never even called us or told us why. I even got the confirmed order after paying online.... When our order was not delivered by the permitted timeframe, i checked and saw the 2nd email. The email said, our order was notprocessed and to call the store directly, but just sent us to a call center only to re-put our order in by phone with someonewho I can barely understand (accent was too heavy), so annoying! We asked why our order was canceled and she did not know, Iasked, did they run out of chicken wings again...she laughed and said, no they didn't... i asked her, well can you call thestore and asked them why... she continues with, so did you want anything else with this order? Ehh, im done with pizzahut fornow, online/phone/ in person, no thanks... HOWEVER, the pizza and wings were good and still gave a driver a tip, even though heforgot our 2 extra Buffalo medium sauces and our breadsticks were smashed by the wings packaging... ???? Read more

This Pizza Hut in Belen is THE BEST PIZZA HUT IN NM!!! Made exactly as you want it, crust is perfect and buttery. I have been... going here for the past 20 years and it?s never disappointing. Worst pizza I?ve ever ordered. I thought I ordered a meat lovers but only found a few pieces of ham and sausage. It was as thin... as a thin crust and as dry as can be. My family was beyond disappointed, we get better quality pizza a little ceasers. Will notbe back again. Read more
