i really do hate to say this, the staff are incredibly short spoken & rude. i placed an online order & waited almost 2 hours.... when they finally brought it out to me is was the wrong order & cold. i had them remake it & they made it wrong. another time iwas in the drive threw & waited 45 at the window for a shake & a pretzel. when i did get my pretzel it was burnt. This place is so slow. Waited in the drive-thru line for over 32 minutes. I find myself asking why is there even a drive thru... when A - these guys are as slow as they are and B- they aren't fast enough to need a drive-thru window. Fast food is meant tobe quick, not half an hour+. Most of my trips to the grocery store have been quicker. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Most of the time this Sonic is out of most everything, if it not that the wait is horribly... long. Today it was the wait. I placed a app order for a drink and ice cream. I waited 20 minutes in the stall. And they nevercame out. I pushed the button and they finally came on and said they only have 2 cooks. This is the worst sonic dive in ever. I waited at a stall for 25 mins with no service then went to the drive thru waited another... 20 minutes employees are sitting in there vehicles smoking dope. The employees that were inside were sitting on the counterslaughing and joking. This store was a joke and needs to be shut down and dissolved. Everyone needs to be fired and replaced. Read more
What?s the matter, Sonic of Belen? Summer night and only two cars in line. I?m one of them. Two sandwiches finally get to me,... with the speed of a lackadaisical teenager doing their bare minimum. Days and days of no ice cream. I ask do you know when youwill be serving ice cream again? No. Just no? But you are Sonic! That is like your main menu item. I?m not a fan of eating toomuch fast food, but Belen?s late night choices are scant. The line at McDonalds was around the building x2. I hope you get overyour depression soon, Sonic. Read more
The wait time in drive through took longer than expected for 4 drinks. The person working the window didn't seem to be too happy... or welcoming. But the drinks are Always Good . Read more
I ordered Bbq chicken. They must have just poured some on the top because the bottom of the bowl had no sauce. i?m glad i only... ordered two things because she just handed me my food with no bag. She seemed annoyed when i told her i needed a minute becausethey were out of chocolate ice cream. When i pull up to the window i see the manager and 2 other employees standing around thecenter island drinking their Starbucks and laughing away while another girl stuck her hand into the Oreo bag and put them in hermouth and went back to making milkshakes with the same hand and bag of Oreos without washing her hands. If you had people that actually wanted to work! I know just about every place on Los Lunas needs help! Buuut I went there for... onion rings but just like lately they didn't have them! If y'all need someone to make them I use to work there in high schoolI'm 53 and I still remember how to make them! Hire me on the weekends and make them up for y'all week at time!
