I used to work at subway so its hard to not feel a type of way when someone is making your sandwich especially when they're rude... and they constantly never have an item that was made sure to be kept up with when I was employed there either the standards havedropped or they're really out of herbs for the herbs and cheese bread and instead of being greeted by a friendly employee wasgreeted with stale service and served stale bread as well if I was still in contact with the owners I would have a discussionwith them Read more
Got the meatball sub they were out of Italian herb and cheese bread asked for my bread to be toasted don't think it was machine... probably doesn't work meatballs were dry the guy that took my order was rude now I know why I don't go here to eat terribleexperience Read more

Subway is ok. Except some time depending on servers, you get more servings at times than other times. Sometimes the floor needs... a bit of attention! Ice machine area has ice cubes on the floor! Read more
I did the drive up thing. Hadn't eaten here or at any subway in a long time. Was thrilled when the lady on the other end was... very kind and patient as I tried to figure out my order. Our subs were fine nothing to brag home about but ok. The only issue Ihad was when she charged us she had gloves on..perfectly fine to protect herself but she went from the cash machine straight tomaking our order with same gloves...she should've switched them out or shouldn't of helped make the order. But we atethem..after a long day at work was willing to risk it I suppose. But do better, switch gloves or don't help them make the orderit's really that simple. Read more
How are they still in business. Not only are they rude, they cannot get orders right, AT ALL! More then once. Waited forever... just to get our whole order wrong. 1 out of the 5 meals we ordered were correct. Asked for managers name and how to contact, andthey are not allowed to release that information ! Really don't understand how this place is still around. I highly recommend toNEVER come here. Even Mcdonalds are better. Read more
I love the staff at the subway. There's one lady who kinda gets upset for the workers to talk a little extra than usual but it... really makes my day when I see that nice subway lady who asks me how my kids are. They always put extra everything on it when Iask even in the drive thru! I love this subway better than any subway in Valencia county. Read more
