On a particularly busy Tuesday night I arrived about 30 minutes before closing. There appeared to be a problem with ensuring a... customer being charged properly. In trying to resolve that issue, the line of waiting customers continued to grow. One of theemployees (Braxton sp?), stepped in, took care of the problem and got things back on track. Even with being behind, she wasfocused on each customer, phone call and pizza she was making. Her cool, calm approach and attitude made the best of adifficult situation. Read more

I actually drive a little further to go to the Belfair Papa Murphy's opposed to going to the Port Orchard location. Better... customer service and they actually make the pizzas I order correctly. Great job Belfair!!!???? Read more

Terrible. They are open until 8pm and at 6pm they will not make a pizza for paying customers because they are claiming to be... short staffed!!!!! Maybe the owner or the manager should be up in there helping out so paying customers can get pizza and helppay more employees Read more

The teeny boppers that work here refused to serve me because I came in a few minutes before closing. Who closes at 8pm... anyways???? I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and when someone comes in even 2 minutes before close you stillserve them. Customers should be able to come in and order until the advertised hours Chris and his sidekick seem to need arefresher class on what customeris. Read more

Honestly of course the pizza is great but what made this two stars only is for the following: First, I was not once greeted... when I walked in. There were four employees, three of them could have greeted me but completely ignored me and didn't even askwhat I was in for. I had to wait until the lady who was on the phone taking an order to be greeted. Seven years in customerservice I have under my belt and the rule of thumb is greeting your customer within 10 seconds. Secondly, how do you expectindividuals to utilize online only coupons if this location doesn't allow online ordering? On top of that they only acceptcredit cards so I had to run my debit as credit. I'm sorry but what century does this location live in? I'll just have to startusing a different location moving forward. Read more
