Very friendly staff. Greeted promptly and thanked for coming in as I was leaving. Store was clean. My drink was delicious.
I dont like that I went in there and ordered an iced coffee. And I'm not alerted it is finished. Stood there for 10 min... Ohh... so its sitting in a blind spot delivery area where annoying people yapping. And the guy who took my order is not behind thecounter hes on the other side of the counter near me yapping to girls he knows he would be fired if I saw that that's not doinghis job I admit I'm new a little with starbucks never remember not being alerted its finished. As always, the Starbucks baristas here serve excellent coffee, with a smile. Very comfortable seats.
We've had a few good experiences but after today I'll never return to this location. I've had the same Starbucks coffee order... for about 15 years now. Always the same order at locations all over the state. Today I was told they can't add extra ice to afrappuccino. I always order a grande coffee frap with 3 added hot shots, extra ice, in a venti cup, with whipped cream andcaramel drizzle ontop. I actually like coffee and the taste of coffee. Obviously 3 added hot shots will not fit into the granderecipe and a good portion of the drink is dumped out in the blender. I order a smaller size drink with a bigger cup toaccommodate for the extra shots, extra ice to account for the hot shots. I've done this for 15 years, never an issue! The "man"who took my order was extremely rude, cut me off from my order with a "whoa whoa whoa, we can't add ice to a frappuccino. Itchanges the consistency." Yeah, obviously that's what I wanted, I wanted it thicker because of the hot shots melting the ice. Inicely explained that I order it this way (even at this location) often, for 15 years. He told me no, that they can't do that. Icanceled my entire order and went across the parking lot to go to the Safeway Starbucks. They had no issue or idea why I wasdenied, they even laughed about it a bit while they made my order, and told me that yes if the customer orders it that way, theymake it that way. The Safeway Starbucks knows how to make good coffee AND happy customers, maybe they should come train theactual Starbucks people across the parking lot. A tip to the belfair Starbucks, coffee drinkers don't like to be told how theycan order their coffee. It's one thing to offer some experience and inform me if something you think is an issue, it's anotherthing to be completely rude and tell me no, then make up a lie and say you "can't" like it's a policy.
