Since we arrive to Maine we've been eating nothing but carbs, sandwiches and bread. This was a very nice experience. The hostess... answered the phone right away she was very friendly. An absolute favorite and a takeout hero. Satori came to town just before the pandemic began to close things down. I had managed... one visit before it became takeout only (and have yet to have a chance to dine in since they recently reopened to dine-in). Ifeared that they would end up like every other restaurant that once occupied the space, and I am thrilled to be wrong. The foodis absolutely stellar. The selection provides a balance of food that can?t be found without going to the larger cities and eventhen the quality surpasses anything that can be found in an hour radius. There is a wide selection of sushi perfect for hotsummer days, and their ramen is a must when the weather gets dreary. The menu expands beyond that, but I quickly found myfavorites that I rarely stray from. Staff is polite, their takeout system is effective and I have always been pleased with mymeal.
