This was a fun stop between portland and bar harbor! We visiting on a weekday at the end of October and basically had the place... to ourselves. The seafood sampler was delicious. We loved the shrimp and lobster here as well as the views from the upstairsdining area! There is also seating outside right on the water but it was a little windy so we opted for inside. We?ll have tovisit in the summer to experience food on the water! Read more

Looking for an authentic Maine lobster experience? Look no further - this place is what you?re looking for. Truly a genuine... experience without all the tourist trappings you hate. Absolutely the freshest lobster I?ve ever had, because it was crawlingaround the tank five minutes prior to me ordering it. Delicious, fresh, and authentic lobster make this stop five-stars. The seafood sampler was good and only $30. You place your order and they call out your order on the speaker. The view upstairs... in the dining area is amazing. Its definitely a fun and family friendly environment. Read more

Lobster rolls are fantastic!! Really enjoyed eating here. The views are amazing. This is not a fancy place, you eat on picnic... tables but you get to have The quintessential view of looking out over a Maine bay eating a phenomenal lobster roll! Read more

Pretty good seafood but $ are very high. For almost $100 US we got a lobster roll (with lettuce & on a hamburger bun), a seafood... platter & one soft drink. Seafood platter was not very much food. Seemed pretty $$$ for what we got. Eating area on thewaterfront was busy but likely a lot of tourists like us. Read more

Quintessential Maine lobster experience. Friendly staff, seafood is all local. We got the "Bucket list" (2 lobsters, clams,... muscles, 2 corn on the cob, 4 oysters) for $80 which easily fed 4 moderately hungry adults for lunch. That's what I'd recommendgetting. Their lobster rolls are a bit pricey at $35 so stick with their classics: boiled seafood. Bring your own drinks. Read more

I couldn't have dreamed up a better spot for a southern tourist to get a great lobster experience! It's down to earth. It's... right on the dock, about as fresh as you can get it! Prices are what you would expect for lobster. We showed up an hour beforeclose. They didn't rush us at all. Very kid friendly. A hidden gem for sure!! Read more

Very cool place. Very fresh seafood. Shrimp, clams, oysters, and of course lobster. Kind of like an enclosed covered picnic... setting. Picnic tables upstairs, noticed most families brought bags of their own goods like paper towel rolls and their ownbutter or butter heaters. Like you keep the tub of butter on top of a candle so it stays warm and melted. It was a little chillybut definitely protected from the wind and the elements, not too bad to sit and enjoy, but the food got cold quickly and thebutter started to congeal before we were done using it. The lobster was delicious, I would recommend bringing some of thoseshell breaker things, whatever they're called, because otherwise you have to do with your hands if you're a rookie and that's alittle painful. I highly recommend the corn on the cob as a side dish, I don't really highly recommend it getting clams out of,pretty watery, and at $15 for a cup, doesn't feel worth it. Overall the experience felt pricey, about 3 lobsters, a dozen clams,a dozen shrimp, 2 cups and 1 bowl of clam chowder, some sides, totals $203. But if you cone to Maine, you might as well havelobster. Definitely fresh, definitely delicious, just not sure it was $203.00 delicious. Read more
