Didn't order anything. Lacking fat- free, sugar-free options, only sorbets. The moment I walked in it was a very overwhelming... unpleasant stench. Needs a good, fresh cleaning. Employees smoking and walking in to handle my food - always unappealing. Read more

My son and I stopped here to get an ice cream cone. We both got a large cone. My son had his dipped in chocolate. I almost fell... on the floor when the cashier told me my total for the 2 cones. It was $16.43. Really? I was in shock. Shame on you Carvel. Andthe ice cream was not that good. An ice cream cone should not cost over $8.00. I suggest you go to Polar Bear on hwy. 36. Lasttime we were there a large cones was $4.50 and the ice cream was delicious. Read more

I have a peanut allergy and only half of the time do they accommodate my allergy. every so often i go and they always clean the... equipment, even if it?s busy. tonight i went in and was completely denied of any service other than soft serve. my mother hadexplained to her that the many many times we?ve been here before they always just rinsed everything off for safety and made itfor me, and she just refused. don?t come here if you have any allergies because you never know if you?ll get a real employee orsome rude teenager who doesn?t actually want to do their job. Website needs an update. Says 10pm closes every day but came by at 9 and lights are off and closed.
