Super friendly staff. Great service
I had ordered Dunkin donuts large hot tea with milk when I had gotten it it barely had any milk in it. I had ordered before from... other Dunkin donuts with no issue so when I called the Dunkin donuts on Leonardville Road in Belford they had a major attitudeand didn't apologize. I responded in not such a nice way because of that. I believe there answer should have been sorry what canI do to fix this. However, they try to give a lesson on how I should have ordered the tea. I've been drinking tea most of mylife and you're going to tell me how to order tea. RIDICULOUS! Read more
Drink was 90% ice. My bacon had to be cooked twice cause it was raw the 1st time. Then it was burnt. Stuffed bagels were hallow... inside. I could see inside the whole bagel which means there was no cream cheese in it. Not one thing was done right. They were pretty busy but I still got my order quickly. It was correct and not just thrown together. There was plenty of... parking. Also they have parking out front reserved for quick pickup online orders. Read more
Ive been coming here for the better part of about 2 years now - about 3-5 times a week if I can. Customer service is okay, it?s... Dunkin? donuts i can?t complain about much.Today was probably the worst experience I?ve ever had at any restaurant in my 22years of existence. I walk in at 12:21 thinking my order of 50 munchkins and large iced coffee 8&8 would be done in about 2-3minutes but rather so it took 14 minutes.Once I?m done paying the young woman gives me my 50 munchkins and I walk over to get myiced coffee - I walk over and see about 7-8 drinks already made . I?m like okay, great theyre quick ! Sadly, that wasn?t thecase. 6-7 people get their beverages and drinks BEFORE me - I had to ask about my iced coffee because sincerely speaking I don?teven believe I was rung up for an iced coffee - mind you Im a VERY patient human being working in fast food ever since I couldwork I know stuff takes time but today was not one of those days where as to I had to wait 14 minutes on a large iced coffee 8cream and 8 sugar. The staff is very pleasant and nice and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and continue coming here but after several... times since COVID the staff barely wear their masks. And if their masks are on they are below their noses and hanging off theirfaces. I will not be returning. They are handling people?s food and drinks, they should properly wear their masks at all times.The manager does not even wear his mask properly. I don?t feel comfortable getting food here any longer. Dunkin' I have my grandchildren snacking bacon ordered and delivered and this is what I get. I call and tell them the response... is well come in we will refund.
