i can?t stand the people dropping 1 star on this place. This place is the best. Simple. The staff is amazing, and the food never... fails. The people claiming the staff are ?rude and nasty,? we?re either rude and nasty themselves, or have no social skills. Forthe people complaint about hold time on the phone, the place gets busy, you?re not everyone?s main priority. This is the GOAT ofbreakfast places and anyone who disagrees is simply wrong. Read more

Bagels were stale. I have gotten bagels from other Gems locations, so I was completely surprised with how terrible it was.
Great for a quick bite. Pretty standard bagels, pastries, and coffee but pretty inexpensive.
