BEST CARROT CAKE I HAVE HAD.. and I?m not from Canada. The moistness of this cake was like eating a dream. Guys, you MUST try... it. Also, the Turkey Club sandwich was super fresh and delicious, probably also the best one i have had so far. Salted caramelcoffee,was nice too. It was not saturated with syrup as most places usually do , but was nice and tasted like actual coffee.Grilled cheese sandwich was delicious too. 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches and cake = 40$ Came across this place so randomly, and itwas packed already. But the food makes it clear why it was full. Also the place is so cute , surrounded with scenery. Also thegirl at register, she was so cute and made sure we?re taken care of properly even tho there were line of people after us. 10stars if i could! Read more

Two words: just go. Higher Ground Café is one of those places tlwhere good vibes live. Starting from the inviting outside patio... wher people are chilling, sipping and snacking, you'll immediately get that "this is going to be good" vibe. The staff if great,the coffee is excellent, and the ambiance is cozy. Goodness awaits! Read more

Great little coffee spot in Belfountain. Good selection of pastries and sandwiches. Beautiful scenic area, nice for walking... about. And has its own little parking area. Indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for a visit while out exploring the countryside. Read more

This is the third time I am visiting this place. They have ample parking space and good sitting area. During summers they are... crowded and patio is open. One of the best item from thier menu is Spinach and feta pastry which is also fast selling. Carrotcake is so far the best I tried. Another best thing they serve is ice cream. I always opt for strawberry and cream but otherflavour that I recommend are big foot and vanilla. This place is pet friendly and they have dog treats as well. Read more

A popular destination for those cycling, motoring or exploring the area. Very pleasant outdoor area. Food is great! I found my... flat white coffee to be overly watered down - more like a cappuccino. Some grades lost there but if its not your thing you willenjoy it! Read more

Life is too short for bad coffee! That?s what I read and hoped the coffee is good. It was indeed good. Tried cappuccino with a... blueberry danish and almond pastry. The rustic ambiance adds to the experience. If you?re someone who is looking for a good dayout and visit here after a countryside drive, you would surely be happy to see this nice cafe.
