This was our second time here, the first was several years ago. It has definitely gotten more upscale, and the food is just as... amazing!! We enjoyed a Caesar salad, salmon and a filet. The salad was fresh, crispy and the dressing was flavorful. My sonssalmon was perfectly cooked and he at the whole piece. I enjoyed his mango and roasted veggies. Our filet was so tender andjuicy - we ate the whole thing! Then, because the local ice cream place was already closed, we splurged with dessert. All oftheir desserts come with ice cream, so we shared carrot cake. Absolutely Devine! Give it a try, it is a luxurious diningexperience! Read more

Spoon River was a great anniversary dinner for us. We visited while on vacation and it did not disappoint. I had Alfredo with... chicken and it was outstanding. My wife had the Filet which was equally delicious(I had a bite :). The fried green tomatoappetizer with pimento cheese was also a great start. Last but not least the Neiman Marcus bar dessert was to die for! The onlynegative at all is that the asparagus was over cooked to our liking. The Hostess was really inviting and super nice too ThanksSpoon River for a great experience. Read more

Getting an american experience. Ate the fish and chips and poached eggs. Were fine to taste. The thing that really got me to... write the review was the dessert. Dessert was sweet. The only downside is that there is only one restroom for women and men. Sohave to wait. Otherwisw nice restaurant. Read more

Wow! Such an amazing restaurant in such a quaint little town. We made a reservation just in case, they were pretty busy at 7 pm... however I don't think we would have needed a reservation but if you want to make sure you have a spot I'd suggest making one. From the delicious food to the eclectic decor, the establishment is top notch. The staff was on point, kind, and veryaccommodating. A hidden gem for sure! Read more

We reserved an 11am table for 3 for my birthday. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated right away. Our waiter came over... and got our drinks very quickly. I ordered the Banana?s Foster French Toast (as pictured). This was the best brunch I haveprobably ever had! The price was even better than expected. On our way out, the owner introduced herself and wished me a happybirthday! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal! I will definitely be returning! Read more

We had so much fun dining here. The atmosphere is something you'd find in a trendy area of a large city. Beautiful and elegant... yet warm. We enjoyed the great drink options with countless wines and beer and fun and featured cocktail options. We appreciatethe "not your run of the mill" appetizer offerings. Dinner menu was filled with excellent options and everything was delicious. We had one small snafu with a steak not being cooked to the correct temperature, but the owner went above and well beyond ourexpectations to compensate for the mishap. All courses were beautifully plated. Make sure you save room for dessert! Likeeverything else, they are amazing. Read more
