Andrea the person taking our order was rude. She was rushing us and she would ask us a question we would answer her but I don't... know if she can't hear us but we would have to repeat our selves constantly it felt that at the end she made the choices for ourorder. For example they have 60 Minutes cards so the kids can play she asked us if we wanted 2 cards with 30 minute we told herwe want just one card with 60 minutes but she ended up giving us two cards with 30 minutes each we also asked for an extra cupeven if we payed for it and we didn't get it. The food was ok the cheese sticks tasted plain the unicorn churos did not tastelike churo it tasted like colorful sugar so we left them all there. We paid $150 for 1 hawaian Large Pizza, Wings breadsticks,churros, fries and four sodas an only 1hr and 30 minutes so my girls can play and I think the way the service and food was itwas not worth the $. This Chuck E Cheese is my childhood location. I have a lot of lovely memories from this location. Today I visited them place and... I was somewhat dissatisfied. The games were just as fun and the food was okay, I guess. The staff were absolutely rude,especially the cranky woman at the register when I was ordering pizza. I did not like the staff, but I did have fun with thegames. Children will love the place, but they will never experience the excitement of using tokens in the arcade machines. Irecommend the place for families with children under ten. Read more
Kids loved it, they couldn't get enough of the games, I like the new system they have for the games, pretty ko.

I LOVED THIS PLACE, WENT AROUND 5 AND IT WAS NICE AND EMPTY. THERE WAS A LADY IN THE FRONT WITH A MEAN TONE HOWEVER THE MOUSE... WAS VERY GENTLE AND MADE UP FOR IT TO. Great FOOD AND STAFF WOULD 100 percent go again. Read more
Everything is still overpriced. The food is not great. The games were ok, but a few were broken but not shut down. Spent $65 but... at least my son was happy for the experience. Read more
Games were good and the location was very clean. The staff was nice and our niece enjoyed the shows. Only issue I had was the... price change. It's been years since I've been, but the pizza was way over priced. Not a fan of using the Dave and Buster stylegame cards. It forces you to buy more credit than you may want. They games end up being about 50 cents each now.Ticket rewardsfrom games are pretty limited, but I suppose you can just buy your kids the toys now. Still had fun! Read more
