11/9/22 8:55am - who is in charge of this place?! There is no reason why the girl at the drive thru window should be giving me... attitude when I asked to have more chai concentrate added to my iced ?chai? latte that was all milk & ice. I hate this locationwith all my heart. Absolutely never coming here again. They lack EVERYTHING. This is the worse Starbucks. I always want to givethem chances because they?re the only one in Bell - but it?s awful here. Wait time are INSANE. Go to Maywood if you can. Thedrive thru always moves at a reasonable pace. This location will have you waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru. Read more

They take way to long, I made a mobile order and it took 25 minutes to get my order. Decide to give them a second chance,... because the first time they were kinda busy, so I figured the second time It wouldn't take to long, I was wrong. It took 30minutes to get my mobile order, and that time they didn't have a lot of people there. Read more

This would have been a terrible review if it wasn't for their excellent customer service. I came through the drive thru and... order a English Breakfast latte and received a Earl Grey Latte. By the time I realized I was already home, so I drive back witha composed state of mind and informed the barista so they can be more careful or maybe learn the difference between a Englishbreakfast latte and London fog. The employees were cool enough to change my order and give me the London fog. They didnt evenquestion what was inside my cup or cared to inspect it. What I really enjoyed about this place is I didnt receive attitude orwas ask a million questions. Excellent service! Keep it up! Read more
