It was hotter inside than it was outside. The ice cream was melting on the slab and was dripping down my cup.
Ordered thru postmates and my husband went to pick it up almost an hour later, and nothing! I then called and they said they... never received the order, and said they were really busy, asked my husband and there were NO customers! Very sad that ppl worksomewhere where they don't like, or just don't like to work period and make excuses to not to have to do it. Read more

I like Cold Stone Creamery because they have unique signature ice cream creations. I usually go frequently to this one because... it's close to home. The staff is nice and have fair customer service. They take your order quickly and let you sample the newflavors. You can create your own but it's best to order their signature creations. This time I ordered the Mint Mint ChocolateChocolate Chip signature creation. The ice cream is good and doesn't taste too sweet and it's creamy. If you sign up for theiremails, then you get coupons and chances to gain points to get free ice cream. Read more

Excellent experience, gosh I'm so bad with names, but a young lady I think she said Stephanie, was very pleasant, patient and... made me feel welcome and actually cared that my order was correct. I visit many ice cream parlor and this is one of the best, Imentioned this to her and she suggested the Rewards program, and it makes sense and works for me.
