wow... 5am hungry and she just looked at me and walked off.... had me there for like 5 minutes. then I started to hunk and she... came out and said what... we open in 20 minutes.... LIKE NO.... I came in at 1:00 am the girls were extremely rude and talking and did not take my order through the speaker until I spoke up I... told me to wait never got my order taken had to back up in the driver thru to get out since there was only 2 cars Infront of meworst jack?s hopefully they close it down or get new employees! Gas is expensive so I at least expect communication at the drive-thru about them not being able to take my order cause of break... which is understandable. However, they at least need someone to cover the shift especially when the drive thru is pack, makesthe 24hour service not so great. Read more
Ordered at drive thru. Cashier was rude. She kept saying she gave me my debit card back and yet she had it. Her name is yosmely.... She was busy dancing with co worker. Burger was cold and fries were salty. I won't go there again. Ugh Read more
I don't normally make reviews no matter how good or bad the service is, but this just made me laugh because how ridiculous it... was. Besides the fact that the employee was rude and barely acknowledged me when I pulled up at the window. I think this isridiculous that they regard this as a large curly fries. Its not even in a regular container for fries and its definitely nomore than the amount for a small. Read more
This was my first visit to a Jack in the box restaurant, we don't have them in Canada, I tried the ribeye burger combo with... rings, a taco & a pumpkin spice shake. Overall the food was very good, the service was pretty good, could have been better, butI mean, it's fast food, so you kind of expect the staff to be a little aloof. The taco was tasty, the panko onion rings wereAmazing, the burger was pretty dry, and the snake was REALLY thick !!! Would recommend you at least try it if you have neverbeen. Wish I was visiting longer so I could try a few more of the menu items. Read more
