Lost but ended up having great time! Was in town for a wedding but might come back just to play here. Nicco was really a whole... vibe, he taught us baccarat and we never had so much fun gambling. Theres robots delivering food to people while they play andit was pretty clean throughout, not too much riff raff either. Read more
Loved my room and the staff is amazing. If you wake up early just go downstairs and get your food, dont use the app (trust me).... At least until they get room service back up and running. I definitely recommend this hotel, everything right there, you reallydont have to leave. The food and drinks at the restaurants are amazing and priced reasonably. If you want to shop theres a greatshopping center right across the street. Ill be back :) Read more
Well done new poor management! I?m keeping this simple because it?s my 2nd complains. I?ve been told by casino?s management ... that they are going to pay me the damage of my car which happened in their parking. I provided them the damage cost invoice fromToyota dealer ?which they asked for the quote? and after waiting and following it up for last 2 weeks, all of the sudden theychanged their mind and don?t want to pay. Very irresponsible and careless management. I don?t know why even from the first pointthey told me ?we will take care of it? and we shook hands. It?s not a nice way to treat people and humanity. I love this place for poker, the problem is that there are often massive wait times to get seated with 2/3 5/5 & 5/10 sometimes... having 18 players waiting. If there are that many players waiting it would be nice to get additional dealers to keep playersfrom having to wait. Read more
The size and quality of the rooms here are phenomenal for the price. Food and service at the brewery were really good and it was... right around corner from elevator, so super convenient. In the morning, was able to walk downstairs and get coffee and breakfastfrom the cafe and that was a pleasant experience as well. Everything here was fantastic and a great value, will absolutely becoming back!! Read more
Love the room, specifically the bathroom with the waterfall showerhead and regular showerhead. The king bed was a plus as well.... Enjoyed good food at the Bike Brewery also. Complimentary valet was included in our stay. Only negative was no slot machines butthat isn't why we chose this hotel so not a deal breaker for us. Read more
I come to played cards almost everyday. I loved playing blackjack here. No collection and no busted. The dealers are nice and... players were great. I also played paigow tiles. The area is spacious and big TV to watch sports. The reason I gave 4 starsbecause there was a casino host name Jessica. All she does is shoeshine players and argue with players.
