I ordered on the app for curbside pickup for personal reasons. Waited more than expected for them to deliver my order. When you... order for pickup you obviously expect order ACCURACY!!! But for some reason I decided to check my order before leaving. Andgood thing I did! When ordering condiments you are charged per condiment. I ordered a ranch. I ordered a kids chicken meal whichcomes with bbq sauce and ketchup. Neither the ranch, ketchup or bbq were in the bag. Not being able to get out of my vehicle Ihad to call the restaurant number in hopes they could bring out those items. It?s not a direct number to the store, it?s for aprocessing center for orders. So I explained to them the situation, put me on hold and then hung up. Called again and adifferent person said they would be out. At this point I was already frustrated because it had been over 15 mins since Ireceived my order!! My food was getting cold. They took another 5 mins to bring out the condiments that I was charged for andshould have been in the bag to begin with. I asked her to please refund me instead because I wasn?t going to eat a cold meal.After all it?s their fault for not packing orders correctly!! She said she would get a manager. Another 5 or more minutes wentby before someone came out. She came out with a yellow sticky note and said she couldn?t give me my money back and couldn?tremake my order either that I had to call customer service for any complaints. Some other girl came out to say the exact samething and pull the ?manager? away! Disregarding my concern once more. And stupidly said ?well you should have gotten out of thecar to go ask for your ketchup, besides the ketchup and bbq for the kids meal is in the bag!!!? Like if I was the stupid one whodidn?t check. If I?m making a big deal of it it?s because there wasn?t anything in the bag!!!!! Not sure why the rave reviews. I certainly don't have big complaints, but I didn't find anything that we needed to be... particularly great here. This is a very typical deli with decent and good food prices, but not. I do have to say, however, thisis a great place to go on a Friday night if you want to avoid fighting the usual LA crowds. My first time here. The place was very clean. The staff was very helpful in explaining menu items and the food tasted amazing.... They didnt have any wait times. I've tried this place 3 times and today will be my last, the food gave us stomach ache, and diarrhea and we wanted to throw up!... The patty looked uncooked. And I mentioned this to my friend and she said that she got food poisoning from a chicken salad shehad 2 weeks ago. Horrible. Please cook the food well, like, it's not too hard to do that. The onion rings delicious. Fries crispy. The burgers yummy, BBQ and Santa Barbara. The kids grilled cheese was a ten out of... ten, according to my partner in crime. Pass on the chicken bites but will return for the burgers, onion and grilled cheese. Better tasting than five guys for sure. Read more
