its an ok donut shop i just hate how the workers there tell me how im supposed to order my food . I am not the one inputting the... order on the register it's your job to figure that out . I came in and was told they no longer make Raspados. After telling her I came in last night for 2 raspados, 1 guava and 1... strawberry, she said they actually do and I got my strawberry raspado. How are you guys trying to sell when you guys are notpromoting your products and flavors. These two ladies Anabel and Maria Jose in the front have zero customer service skills. Imanage a restaurant. I would fire these ladies for not upselling, not promoting products, denying the products we DO have. Andlack of excellent Customer service skills. Sales are everything to me. The taste is okay. But I was charged 1.99 dollars for add-on avocado to my burrito, it were only tiny 3 pieces which was... ridiculous! It was not much money but it was a total rip off! The server did give me a little more after I complained to her and it was dark and not fresh, just an unhappy experience. Next time just gonna buy a big avocado with the 1.99 dollar and add itall to my burrito! Read more
Omg I been missing out. Since this covid lock up I haven't been to a Winchell's since July 2020. I got the nicest girl working... there great customer service. We ordered 2 turkey bagel and 1 burrito with chorizo with 6 mini donuts. Wow just too good Iforgot to take a picture 9f the food I did take one from the donuts before I ate them that's how bomb it was. I will be comingback. Read more
