Made an online order (50 traditional wings) hours before and my order was not ready at that given time frame. I was told by en... employee it would take an additional 10-15mins on top of the time it was expected to be ready. I didn?t complain, I understandit can get busy. After 20mins I asked again about my order and they could not locate my order or name. Then, they asked for allmy information and I assume they finally put in the order. Waited for more than 45mins and nothing so I decided to get a refundat that point. No point in ordering ahead. Many walk ins came in and received their order before my scheduled one. This storeneeds organization. Employees were not concerned or bothered about my waiting that long. They do not care, and it was veryclear. Very sour experience. Read more

Delicious, yummy, tasty, heart filling and wonderful! Don't forget the ranch dip with them ????! I remember that old coleslaw... but they no longer have it! It be great if they considered bringing it back. I love the fries and corn cob pieces!!! Ordered from this teen employed, high school food court. Then had Missing items. I asked about the missing items, they got... hostel. Heck Wal-Mart has better employees than these..... Dusty ashee buns, as the Sahara. Fries oily as olive gardens salad.Oh boy the "Wings" with half of half the sauce. I have the money to spend . So threw them away.
