Trish, Shane, and the kitchen person are awesome! Trish was very apologetic with delivery a few minutes late it was no biggie!!... They showed up with HOT pizza ready to eat! Went yesterday nd tried to get a sub. The guy told me that they do it online only now. Which he was kinda of rude. Went up there... this morning nd ask about a sandwich nd they told me it doesn't start until December the 2. Casey is the only place to get a subaround Bella Vista. I don't understand why there making it to online only. Say if u dont want ham on the Italian sub. There's noway where u can have them take it off.. Read more

Ordered a large meat lovers. Been a customer for almost 5 years. Mostly pepperoni and maybe one or 2 sausage on each slice.... Hardly no cheese and sauce. Vary dissatisfied after paying a higher price than before. Will not be ordering again. Read more
I've been ordering pizza from Caseys for years now. But lately when I order on-line the pizza is really bad. Even when told to... cook it longer they never do. Last time they gave a a wrong pizza that was hardly cooked. This time the pizza was almost raw. Icouldn't get it out of the box to try and finish cooking it because the box was so soggy. Have been a regular at this Casey's for a long time now. But, will not be ordering food from there anymore. Had quit for awhile... due to my orders consistently being messed up so badly, but decided to give it another try today, April 2, 2022. Big regrets.Ordered a BACON cheeseburger pizza. It lists as coming with beef, bacon, onions, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. It came with NObacon, no onions, so basically a beef pizza we paid a specialty price for. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap, lists as havinggrilled chicken, BACON and your choice of veggies and cheese. Again, NO bacon. Ordered a supreme pizza, came with no onions,maybe 10 or so olives and 8 green peppers. Ordered cheesy bread sticks, that had been prepared who knows how long ago, as theywere cold and hard. I used to love this Casey's and their food, but if every time I order it will not be up to par, or even justwhat it's supposed to be, then I don't want to shell out money for sub-par quality. If the store is out of something, then theyshould let the customer know so they can decide if they want to change their order. Read more
