Purchased the dinner box with pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. With an additional baked pasta bowl. Pasta bowl, bread... sticks and cinnamon sticks were fine. The pepperoni pan pizza was another matter all together. Over 1/2 of the square cut pieceswere missing a good portion of the mozzarella cheese. Thankfully I had some and was able to doctor the pieces and serve themwith no one the wiser, but it was a sure disappointment after paying what I did for the treat. Read more

My husband called to place an order and there were some technical complications with his account and credit, but the guy on the... phone, Elijah, was so kind!!! Worst pizza I've ever bought. Was craving stuffed crust and all other places were closed for Holliday. I googled bella vista... pizza hut to see if they were open and then read some of the reviews. Pretty bad to get so many 1 stars, but I was craving whati was craving. I've never had a bad experience from pizza hut ever so I discounted the bad reviews and ordered anyway. I got alarge stuffed crust supreme with jalapenos. I checked it in the car and it was very very undercooked. Almost raw and the "stuffed crust" was sloppy like I've never seen before. Raw dough folded over on a little cheese. If it was cheap I'd be finewith it, but I paid a premium price. I should have gotten a digiorno stuffed crust. Read more
Nothing. WILL NOT go back to Pizza Hut in Bella Vista, AR. again. My previous order was incorrect (found out when I got home... and opened it). Last night I opened one of the two pizzas before leaving the shop...a LARGE pepperoni and mushroom pizza had 7pepperoni (arranged very artfully around the outside edge) and two slices of mushroom...TWO. I REFUSED THE PIZZA. They offeredto remake. OK, I needed it for supper. 20 minutes later I went to the check-out and asked when the pizza would be done. Oh, ithad been done for 10 minutes. I opened it. There were 14 slices of pepperoni, and 5 slices of mushroom. This, I was told, washow they make the pizza. Well, it looks NOTHING like the pictures Pizza Hut publishes. I will NOT go back. Papa Murphy makes amuch better pizza, and does NOT skimp on the ingredients. Read more
(3.5) Usable fast food pizza that fills a need but is far from an enjoyable dinning experience. I haven?t experienced the same... issues as some reviewers, any negative service would kill my perception since the pizza and wings are average at best. On theplus side the wings are much larger than Dominos wings and the pizza is cheap if you get the ?deal?. Definitely third on thelist in Bella Vista behind (1) Gusano?s and (2) Dominos. Read more
Glad we tried again! If you are like us, you love Pizza Hut but have had terrible experiences with the location in Bella Vista. ... I am so happy to say that we are very pleased, after reluctantly trying it again tonight! Everything is exactly what we ordered,delivered quickly (friendly driver), and our food was still hot! I even called the store to give my compliments to the manager,Maria! I am SO glad this location is finally under new management since we last tried it over a year ago and ultimately gave upon this PizzaHut...Please keep up the great work and know that you are appreciated!!
