Great location. Excellent food. Super clean restaurant and restrooms, friendly staff even as they we?re getting slammed by Labor... Day weekend crowd?s. We have been going here for almost 20 years. Always have had great service and food until this past Friday. We ordered all you... can eat fish. We ordered 3 additional pieces and waited well over 20 minutes before asking when it was coming and was told bybartender our fish was given to another table. By then we were fed up and asked for a discount. The manager shared that theycould not give discounts and was VERY rude. I have met the owners several times and I know they would not appreciate the wayshe treated us. She shared she is the owner?s daughter? she ended up giving us 2 (out of 3 we ordered) to go. Not sure if it was just a one off experience, but tried to go on Tues, and they were closed even though Google lists them as... open (and hours confirmed recently by company). No big deal, I'm new to the area and have many places to try out still. Wentback yesterday and we tried a couple of the best burgers we have ever had! They get their beef from a local farm, and you cantaste the difference. Seasoned well, but not in a way that competes with the flavor of the meat. We had the western and oliveburgers, both "house specialties" and both DELICIOUS. Tried both the fries and onion rings which were great, though I think Ienjoyed the fries more. The only thing neither of us were fond of was the coleslaw which looked so good but had an off taste,but we figure that's an exception and not the norm. My partner had a draft beer and I had a cocktail, both great. Service wasexactly how I like it, informed and welcoming. Attentive, but not overwhelming. And of course friendly, as just about everyoneI've met in this area is. Will definitely be coming back soon and frequently, there were too many good things on the menu to tryin one visit! Read more
Very good. Great staff and our food was excellent. Hand made 1/2 lb burger was the bomb...so was the Ruben. Don't wait for an... hour at Shorts brewery...walk over and get excellent food and ice cold beer. 5 stars. Read more

The food is good, the drinks are cold. Price is about the same as everywhere right now. Better than most bars food. The place... has improved a ton the last 15 years. Unfortunately, i think covid has done its damage. Since changing ownership the staff isnot the same. I feel the rude customers have rubbed off and they now have rude employees. Just like every other small business,they struggle with scheduling. Hours or even days open change all the time. Every time we go in i pray we get the waitress thathas been there the longest, she is always nice and always running around getting stuff done. The chairs they have have got togo, So uncomfortable. The fans they installed a couple years ago are sweet! Read more
