If you use the app like the technology was intended to then it saves you and the worker tons of time. There?s also a kiosk in... the store so you don?t even need to wait at the counter. People don?t understand this. I walked in and went to the bathroom.And downloaded the app with the free wifi and ordered my food while I was sitting in the bathroom. I ordered and paid for myfood. I came out and sat down for maybe 3-5 min ans she brought my food out. She also gave me refills within 1 min. Fulldisclosure. Smallest McDs I?ve ever been to. Staff was nice except manager who informed us when we walked in (with zero people in line)... that if we couldn?t order on the kiosks, that it would be at least 5 minutes before they would take our order as they were verybusy. ???????. Soooooooooooo.....sloooowwwwwwwww. Seemed to fill orders at a rate of about 1 order every 5 minutes. I ordered inside at the... counter (no line) and waited 20 minutes for the small order. Not fun. Would give 1 star but at least people showed up to worktoday. Read more
