I ordered via the Domino's app, as I usually do for Domino's. Waited patiently and looked for updates on the app, super helpful.... Only to receive a call an hour after ordering and 30 minutes after the order was completed stating that the 1.6 miles to mylocation is outside of this locations delivery area. Frustrated I asked what my options are and the team member explained that Icould cancel or pick up the order that had been prepared and sitting. I opted to cancel. Delivery zones aren't this team membersissue, the app is at fault here (since it auto selected this location) however, I would have appreciated more thoughtfulattention on the part of the team member. Thank you guys for being professional! I ordered during the dinner rush yesterday, and I knew it was possible for you guys to... be busy. Busy is exactly what I saw upon arrival. First of all I ordered from you guys the one time and it took you two hours and I ordered from you guys again and it was fully... burn and you guys also got my order wrong in the box was also damaged and when I called the manager it was terrible service shejust said OK I?m a waste your time wait a little bit more for the driver to pick up the order that is basically trash you willsee!! I wish there was a way I could choose another store but since my address is close this store I'm stuck in a never ending... nightmare. I love domino's but HATE this store. 29MAY22 I ordered a pizza and the app said 25 minutes and now over an hour hasgone by. You can't call the store because they are so RUDE!! "It will be 45 minute minimum just like everyone else" I just hopethis store gets shut down and I can order from another location. If the staff was friendly they wouldn't have so many badreviews regarding their customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would, bet on it. Always good service here. I've yet to have a poor experience at this location. We usually order through the app then go pick up.... Our pizza is always ready for us when we arrive. That's a super plus because nobody likes waiting. Read more
Twice now they have just cancelled our ignored or order. I only found out after waiting for nearly an hour on the phone. I... understand there is a shortage of workers in the industry, but they should at least tell me when they have decided not to fillmy order. Quality was hit or miss in the first place. They have missed items on our order before and even delivered a pizzawithout sauce or toppings once. Knowing all the above, I'm partially to blame for this most recent incident, but they're thelast cheap pizza chain in the area, and the temptation of an easy online order is just hard to pass up. The worst Domino's Pizza branches in Houston. It wasn't the first time that I've ordered pizza with mushrooms, only made it home... to realize that they indulged me with 7 tiny pieces of mushrooms spread on the entire Pizza. Attached pictures, (finding Wallyis easier). I called the branch, and asked for the supervisor, that explained to me that the pizza was perfectly fine, but ifI'm not happy with it, I can drive back and she will add some more mushrooms on it. been going to this domino's location for 5+ years. since about may 2022, service here has gone massively downhill. complained... about quality on an order in may, got a phone call, which i returned, and was told the manager wasn't in. never got a follow upcall after. order again recently, and the same thing. manager was saying i should have called right after vs writing acomplaint, well, you order from a fast food pizza chain when you have to pick up and go fast, not when you have time to callback and say hey, your pizza isn't good. manager instead of apologizing and making it right quickly, made above argument. not agood a look for a long time customer. finally ended up refunding partial order after copping said attitude. rather go to pizzahut or the domino's off stella link. not worth the time and headache here any more.
