Online it showed they closed at 6p, some of the other JJ?s showed to be closed due to the fourth weekend and this was updated in... google. I drove all the way here trying to get food in order to make an appointment and they were closed, sounds like the otherreviews of this location are accurate, sounds like management is lazy and doesn?t like to work. Overall great location. The one problem is the hours on google need to be updated. I Went their on a Wednesday and they were... closed. The gentleman in the store let me pick-up the order my wife placed at 5:30, but I?d prefer to not disrupt someone whiletheir closing the store. I?ve worked in food service before, and that is one of my biggest pet peeve?s. The owner need to fixthis ASAP! If I just did this I?m sure it?s happen before. Third time in a row here they screwed up my order. It isn't like this is complicated, just don't put lettuce on it, as I keep... asking you. Between the inability to follow a simple instruction and the downright surly nature of the staff, going here is nota convenience, it is penance. UPDATE: This just gets better and better. As I pulled out from the HEB parking lot across the street, the delivery driver thought it would be a good idea to drive so... close behind me that I couldn't see his headlights. He then proceeded to try to cut me off and then ran a stop sign while carswere coming. I get it, you're known for being fast, but you better watch out before you hurt someone driving like that. Here they make the sandwich so fast that quality isn't a priority. I get it, they're known for being super fast. But, there is a... problem when your making my sandwich so fast that everything is tossed together and looks terrible. I usually like JimmyJohn's. I moved to them once Subway no longer sold roast beef. I usually buy sandwiches from med center location and it'sperfect every time. I came here today to get a Hunter's Club with Jimmy mustard and Jimmy mixed peppers. When making mysandwich the guy only put one kind of "peppers" on the entire sandwich (not a mix of different peppers like it's supposed to be)and barely put ANY mayo on the sandwich. When taking my sandwich back up to counter apparently I was given an answer "that'sjust how the peppers are sir" . This was after ne pointing to the giant container of "mixed" peppers and asking why I got amillion of the same thing on my sandwich. After not just offering to remake the sandwich I opted to just get a refund and leave. Read more
Before today I would have given 5 stars. This location is only 0.7 miles away from me. I have ordered from them several times... before and they always delivered to me. Today I was told that they will no longer deliver to me. Something about Chimney Rockand Renwick. I told them that's fine. My friends and I will take our business elsewhere since it's obvious the manager heredoesn't want it. Read more
I eat Jimmy John's on a daily basis and this is by far the best Jimmy John's and town. There lettuce wraps are amazing and... they're always evenly made, they always made perfect. they are super consistent. Every time I'm in the area I always swing bythis Jimmy John's I call ahead and it's ready by the time I get there and it always taste amazing. Read more
