Poor experience. I normally go to the branch on San Felipe but went to this one in the area. Staff put the pizza together with... little care. It then sat on the edge of the oven while other pizza from customers after me went in. I was in no rush so I wentto a store next door. Came back and pizza wasn?t ready. No problem. I watched them take my pizza out and leave it in the boxwith the top open as they catered to other guests and Uber eats. I asked if I could grab mine since it?s sitting there and gotthe response ? I do them in the order they come out?. Even then I didn?t plan to leave a review but I get home and the pizza isbarely cooked (you could still see individual mozzarella strands) so had to cook it more in the toaster oven. May have been abad day based on the reviews but I?ve never had an issue at the San Felipe or s. Rice branches. Will not be going back to thisone. Two stars because at least I left with a pizza in my hand. Read more
My experience sucked, I was helped by a lady that has a jordan tattoo on her neck, poor customer service. She piled all the... toppings in the center of the pizza, didn't seem like she cared about the job she was doing. Crazy thing is it wasn't even thatbusy. All the chairs were on the tables an hour fifteen before close. They looked closed (probablynot a great buisness strategy) . We... went in and they were in fact open. Got our pizza and had to take our chairs off a table to sit. An employee came to us and wasupset we moved the chair down and told us when we were finished we need to put the chairs back up. Saw good reviews, I went there and build my own Pizza. After add everything I want. Staff put pizza in the oven, Wait for a... while until the pizza is cooked. Eat after fresh out of the oven, crispy, fragrant, very delicious.The price is reasonable forthe quality and quantity. Read more
Ordered MOD by door dash. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with no cheese but extra sauce and paid for it. This is what we got. Not... much sauce at all. Not much pepperoni. Also came cold but that?s a door dash issue and not MOD. Read more
This place is absolutely incredible. I've been to about a dozen MOD locations around the Houston area, but this one stands above... the rest with customer service, speed, and ambience. I'm that guy who goes into a MOD and asks the employees to make theirfavorite pizza, and this one truly blew me out of the water! Read more
First I want to mention that I have visited this location several times and had great service with. My mom was out of town and... this was her second visit. Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. I threw most of my pizza away. As you see in my picturebelow the vegetables were just thrown on and didn't cover most of the slices. My mom was excited to go back but was alsodisappointed with her pizza. Read more
