Yesterday, I ordered the Green Tea Tango, with spinach and kale, extra kale and no turbinado. Please explain how I waited in... line (2 cars in front of me) for OVER 20mins just to receive a drink that tasted like rancid milk. I got back in line to explainI had obviously received the wrong drink, and had to wait another 20mins for the now 2 more cars ahead of me to passthrough. When I got to the window I was polite, but met with an attitude from the cashier. She took the drink and the receipt,then came back a few minutes later to say it was the correct drink?..it tastes like that because I said no turbinado and thatdrinks comes with GINGER. Seriously?? I have gotten that drink from that location and other locations multiple times and havenever ever tasted ginger. According to the website, here are the ingredients; Matcha Green Tea, Dairy Whey Blend, Turbinado,Vanilla Frozen Yogurt. Who would even want ginger with those ingredients??? I ended up asking for a refund because I don?t trustpeople with my food after something like that. So ultimately I wasted over 45mins of my day (and gas waiting in the drivethru!!) for nothing. The line was long we waited for 15 min to get our smoothies. Our smoothies were good but, wont visit this one again
Stopped here last night after my work out. I haven?t been to a smoothie king in a while and was pleasantly surprised. I usually... make my own smoothies from home because it?s cheaper but, the smoothie I had last night makes me want to start stopping hereafter every work out. Only downside is the price but, the smoothie was delicious so worth it in my opinion and customer servicewas very friendly. Read more
I LOVE THIS LOCATION! I go to this smoothie king every morning and the service is exceptional. I have to get to work early in... the morning and most of the time; I am rushing to get there on time. Service is always fast, the smoothies are delicious andfresh, & the employees are very hospitable - which always makes my mornings a little sweeter. The employees work hard to providetheir customers with quality service. Personally, I've never had an unpleasant experience at this location, they are committedto providing great service and even better smoothies. Read more
I was running late to work this morning but, I?ve been on this ?health kick? lately and had to stop here for a smoothie instead... of my usual cup of coffee. I told the employee taking my order that I was in somewhat of a hurry and she was accommodating andgot my smoothie made very fast. I?ve been coming to this location for a little over two weeks now and I can?t say I?ve ever hada bad experience. I like to change it up quite a bit because I get bored drinking the same smoothie every day so, I?m alwaysasking about ingredients/enhancers. The customer service here is always friendly and able to answer any questions I have whichmakes it easier for me to want to switch from a coffee a day to a smoothie a day! Complete neglect of customer service, slow, no organization causing more mistakes and confusion, people left the line that now... long it was taking I would of too but they had charged me already. I will most definitely drive out of my way anywhere to anyother smoothie king just to avoid this location. Read more
Staff was nice.. However, can?t use restroom. Not even to wash your hands... not sure but pretty sure that?s a violation as... restaurants are supposed to have restroom for customers. Read more
As a long time customer of this Smoothie King location, I wanted to make sure Management is aware of the issues experienced by... numerous customers on Saturday, April 30th. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, I observed at least seven (7) cars pullout of line and leave in disbelief and anger, Several cars even began to honk. After waiting 40 minutes we finally gave upourselves. Very disappointed!!! Is the location under new ownership? Read more
