We ordered a pizza and wings at 4:30 to be delivered at 6:00. At 6:15 we called to check the status of the delivery. The female... told us the papa John?s pre ordering system was flawed and the order would be out in 15 minutes. She obviously was frustrated wecalled. 25 minutes later we received the order and the pizza was cut in tiny pieces. Basically mutilated. I called and on thethird try a delivery person answered and said the manager was too busy to talk. Read more

Had a crew of 7 associates and couldn?t get my order ready took a hour with 2 10 inch pizzas. Staff was rude manager was yelling... at staff no wonder can?t get anything right. Read more

I?m from California & had a terrible experience my first time at Papa Johns out there & never went back. I was craving some... pizza & I decided to give it another try, & I?m so glad I did, because my pizza has been fresh, and delicious both times! Ihaven?t tried another location, & I probably won?t because this location?s customer service is outstanding! I need to give a bigshout out to Alex, it was clearly a busy day yesterday, & she had literally just been cussed out over the phone, hung up withthem, & STILL managed to smile & give her best performance for us customers! She?s awesome! I myself have worked in therestaurant industry & I know how discouraging it can be when people forget we are human too, serving them. So a big thanks tothis team for always giving their best & having the best attitude despite the craziness! You are all appreciated & noticed. Idefinitely recommend this location! They rock! I ordered 3 pizza?s and bread sticks. My total including tip was $72 through the call center. I paid via credit card which was... approved and deducted from my account. There was however a glitch at Papa Johns that didn?t show the payment attached to myorder. My only option according to the call center was to pay for my order again and to wait 3-5 days to get reimbursed fortheir mistake. I called the actual store hoping a manager could help straighten out the order. I was screamed at by theemployee who answered and told that was my only option. I asked to speak to a manger again and she screamed again that she washanging up on me. Top notch! I guess in 3 to 5 days I?ll be able to afford dinner. Read more

What a joke. No pizza for an hour and when I call they blame me. No holds bar told me it was my fault because I didn?t... pre-tip. Said door dash didn?t come get it because of no pre-tip. Seriously. They don?t care that they didn?t deliver apizza. Just took the money. Blamed the customer. Never ordering from them again. World didn?t used to be like this. Businesses don?t care about doing good. The manager Steve does not have customer service skills. Our order was wrong and he was more argumentative than helpful. We are... from MI and just passing through. The only thing he offered was a $7 credit when we visited this store again. Buy here if youare willing to eat something you didn't order. Read more

I just spent 17 minutes ordering pizza from what I know now is a call center not the actual store. That was the worst mistake... they could've ever done!!! I first tried to order online (which I usually do) I was using a gift card. Apparently u can't usemore than one payment option. So I call the store closest to me and talk to someone (call center) he didn't speak good Englishwhat so ever. Very hard to understand. Well Apparently they can't do more then one payment either. He said the store would takecare of it. The order would be placed. After minutes on hold he can't place the order and was transferring me to the store. Hesaid they would take care of the other part of the payment and place the order. Finally someone picked up. I explained mysituation and he said "unfortunately we do not take orders. U would have to call the call center." I said I will not be callinganymore and that they sucked and having a call center that knows nothing and a system that was awful was the worst thing. Theyjust lost a customer with a gift card that will just sit here. Never again! Read more
