I'm pretty sure I was Lied too when going through the drive through about the Locations capability to serve Root Beer Floats.... The associate stated they were not allowed to do that any more. I asked why and she responded with, "idk it's been a minute". Idecided not to get anything from there, instead I called to other Arby's both willing to serve floats! That was good news. So Iwent to the closest one and got my float there with no issue, as well as a meal that was fantastic. I would just like to knowwhy employees are lying to paying customers to deter service?
