I'm pretty sure I was Lied too when going through the drive through about the Locations capability to serve Root Beer Floats.... The associate stated they were not allowed to do that any more. I asked why and she responded with, "idk it's been a minute". Idecided not to get anything from there, instead I called to other Arby's both willing to serve floats! That was good news. So Iwent to the closest one and got my float there with no issue, as well as a meal that was fantastic. I would just like to knowwhy employees are lying to paying customers to deter service? Arby's, Especially in Quincy, is by Far the Best one around Period!!! The one in Cross Lanes is as well.... Both will give you... The Best Service, and Great Staff w/personell, along with the food is Always the best place to eat!!!! As well as TheCleanest!!!! Read more
The employees were nice, but our beef and cheddars had Arby's sauce on them. Not sure if this is a local thing or what, but not... what we are used to. Didn't care for that part, but was otherwise just fine. Read more
The assistant manager was super friendly and helpful with menu suggestions and very nice to the children she even let them pick... their toys. Kaitlyn was very diligent worker making sure the tables were clean and the crew was efficient in food assembly.
