Reviews for McDonald's in Belle, WV
I've been coming to this McDonald's for years. I was surprised to hear that they had no Mayonnaise, none. My friends eggs were... cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. I had to go back after the 2 hash browns that came with the Meal. I don't know ifthey're short-handed but, I've never had a problem here before. The tables weren't even cleared and wiped down. I wish I had abetter review to write. Read more
Food order was wrong and it took forever to get our food. So much for a fast food place. Won't be eating there again
I don't really stop here for breakfast. I've only ever had to wait once. They're normally pretty quick and the food's always... hot. Read more
This McDonald's did at least serve hot fries this time. I didn't eat. My sister did. I stopped eating there when I got a cold... cheeseburger with hard cheese for the 3rd consecutive time a few months ago. There's no excuse for that. It's the one big thingyou sell. Don't send something so unacceptable thru the window. Read more
Stopped here for lunch and it wasn?t the greatest. The bathrooms were very dirty, the electronic kiosks weren?t working (but... still powered on so customers were crowded around them to try), and the order delivery was disorganized for as many people werewaiting. The food was at least decent, but not a great experience. Read more
This restaurant has done what I thought impossible... they are worse than the Mcdonald's in Smithers. The girl taking my order... at the drive thru absolutely didn't listen to my order at all. Ordered my sandwich with no mayo, add bacon, got extra mayo andno bacon. Ordered 3 meals, one a happy meal, received 2 whole napkins. Was already 10 miles away with groceries in the vehicleso turning around wasn't an option. Not going back is my choice, as well as my advice. They have girls in the drive thru thatare too preoccupied with their phones and flirting with guys in the drive thru to be bothered with something so menial asgetting people's orders correct. Update: restaurant is a little better. They are still having trouble paying attention to whatis being said to them through the drive thru. And there's also a communication breakdown between the first drive thru window andthe second one. Had to correct my order at the first window, and still had to send sandwich back.... Read more
Wasn't that great. My big Mac was horrible. It had almost a whole pickle on it and it was cold and bread was soggy.
The staff is very nice. However, as a former McDonald's Team Member I can see that they have not received proper... training. Customers must wait extended times for food and they are not acknowledged. Ordering is done at a kiosk, but thekiosk has out dated payment machines and doesn't have "paper out" warning on receipts. Bathrooms are pretty gross. Booths arenewer, but the store as a whole needs to be rebuilt. Time for ownership to step it up a rebuild a modern facility. Read more
