On the app it let's you pick how to pick up. I chose drive-thru. When I arrived I was told to pick up inside. They said they are... not aloud to serve through the drive thru. Or neither take out food to the parking spaces designated for pickup. Those optionsshould be unavailable on the app. Since Wendy's in Belle Glade does not offer those options. Walked in to get lunch not one employee spoke to us. Went to the bathroom, my mother was told bathroom was closed after I was... already in there. Attempted to place our order when all that could be heard was employees talking about wanting to go home. Theydidn't want to be there. After a few minutes of standing at the register one employee very annoyed took her gloves off andmumbled something about taking our order. I proceed to tell her my order when says nothing else was said to us. Instead startstalking to another employee going on break any how they wanted to go home and weren't coming back after break. I spotted this Wendy's location while driving from a job site and decided to stop to use the restroom and get a bite. I was... disappointed because they had the dining area closed therefore I couldn't use the restroom and had to walk up to the drive-thruwindow to order my food. While waiting I noticed that outside had a lot of trash and the windows needed to be cleaned. My friesand nuggets were cold but the staff was nice. Read more
Pulled up to eat for lunch to find out the dinning room is closed, no reason given. Went through the drive thru. Had an in app... promo but they said their scanner was broken so I could pay full price or go park and order online. I parked, ordered online andwent through drive thru again. After all that, they got the order wrong and gave me some kind of burger instead of a spicychicken and the ?large? fry was half full? this place is a joke. Read more
