Wawas seriously never fail to impress me. I can only see them when I travel to the SE United States because they don?t have them... where I live (in Idaho). They are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. They have lots of options for fuel, including diesel andethanol free gas. But, what?s impressive is the inside. The selection you get from hundreds of options on drinks, and snacks,and candy. You can order real food here; and it?s fantastic! The cleanliness and friendliness is not common in conveniencestores. Stopped in for a refuel, drinks and a snack. They have plenty of gas pumps so it's easy to find one without having to look. I... went inside to grab the drinks and snack for myself. Everything was extremely clean and well-organized. They did have a limitedamount of the different candy bar options. And they didn't have any York peppermint patties which was kind of sad, however, theydid have dark chocolate milky Way's which more that made up for it. The cashier was extremely nice and we talked for just alittle bit while she checked me out. She was moving everything along really quickly as well in the line never built up. Ok... how I?m supposed to eat this thing? I order a burrito and this is what I got!! I went there at 1:55pm 7/7/19 and there?s... too girls and one of them just look like a supervisor and they made this thing ?BURRITO??! Wow... I honestly didn?t expect this.Is not the first time that the same girls do me something like that. I?m really disappointed of this Wawa. It used to be myfavorite Wawa but not anymore. Extremely pleased with the customer service of all the employees. I was looking for something fast and on the go and the guy... with long hair making food (I didn?t get his name) was extremely helpful!! As I was in line ready to ring my order the cashierhad really great customer service and as I was leaving I just heard other cashiers/employees attending to the customer as theirtop priority (#1) and I just felt at home, so welcoming. To the point that I turned right back around and spoke to an officiallooking gentleman, to tell the manager that the customer experience I received was stellar! Will definitely come again!! Not Wawa's finest moment. Hashbrown burnt and dry. Ham croissant was never unrolled.
A new wawa in Conway! This location is at a great spot and was much needed for the residences close by. Has all the things you... would expect from a Wawa. The staff here currently all seem nice and friendly. Definitely will return! Read more
