I ordered 3 pizza?s, bread and wings last Friday. I got there 7 minutes before my estimated time for pick up and my order was... already sitting there waiting. I gave my name to the guy who said it had just come out. Then a female employee who was on thephone handed it to the guy I was talking to. He proceeded to take the call and leave me their waiting. A second male employeecame and stood beside the one on the phone, doing nothing. I saw 2 others just walking around in the back. After 3-4 minutesof waiting, I asked if that order on the rack was my order, just sitting there getting cold. The second guy said yes it was. Another 2-3 minutes past before the first guy got off the phone and walked over to the rack. He then said my order was under theheat lamp. (However you can see in the photo it is not turned on, so it?s not doing my order any good) he then took his cellphone out of his pocket to text someone. My 16 yr son and I were shocked. From the time I walked in, to the time I was back inmy car, was 13 minutes. Never the less my entire order was room temperature at best by the time we got home, only a few streetover. We have also ordered from them on 3 other occasions. Each one of them our order has been messed up. No attention todetail and terrible customer service. Very disappointing. Read more
The delivery driver name Tom is very rude. He was upset because I didn?t give him a tip.
The girl on the phone was really rude and hung up on me and then i called called back and talked to the manager and he argued... with me. There was hair in my pizza. Read more
Get Pizza pretty regularly here. Staff is always kind and occasionally have nice conversations with them when checking out, they... get your food made pretty fast. Read more
A very well located Pizza outlet in the small town of Belle River. The staff is so cooperating. They are pretty fast and the... quality is upto the mark. I had few instances where the order did not show up as required, but it was always taken care by theteam whenever I reported them. So, I highly recommend them. Well if you really need a great Pizza, try not to order late atnight :P Read more
