Belle river naples tried to charge me $51 for a queen super plus extra cheese and half banana peppers (queen special is 29.99.... And extra toppings is 3.75 each) Never again. They even assaulted us and tried to break in the house and assault my friend. Thedelivery driver also banged on the door and tried to break in. Mind you I already paid $40 for the first pizza they madeincorrectly and they still had my money . The delivery driver also threw the whole pizza on the porch and at the door after wereturned the pizza and I got my money. They made the wrong order in the first place and didn't tell me there was an extracharge over the phone when I called to explain or I would have canceled. Owner and staff is extremely rude! And even tried tocall me to never order again. As if I ever would after that kind of horrible service. I hope this incident never happens toanyone else. Worst pizza experience ever. Order was wrong, they brought a replacement, asked for the old pizza back and then tried to charge... us more without prior notification and I refused to pay the extra after all the hassle and their driver pushed his way into myhome, grabbed my wrist and tried to steal the pizza that we already paid for. Never ever order from this horrible establishment.Unreal that their driver unlawfully entered my home and assaulted me then proceeded to throw the pizza all over my porch. Ishould call the police. We ordered a queen sized pizza, 4 items, with extra sauce, well done, for pick up, from the Belle river location. It was... excellent. We live about an 8 minutes drive for the store and when we got it home it was so hot we needed to wait for it tocool before we could take a bite. We love pizza and are very picky given there are so many great pizza options in the Windsorarea and this pizza didn?t disappoint. We will most certainly order from here again.
