Can't really give a higher rating and I'm torn. From entering drive thru line to leaving took 20 minutes. I did walk inside... while hubby sat in line to see if ordering inside would be any faster, nope. Seems issues with prepping and/or correctly fillingthe orders. Almost sounded as only one person cooking, but not sure. Or why dining room and drive thru open if under staffed.Hope things get better there for them. Read more
My experience was horrible. The girl at the register couldn?t understand what I was saying, so I pulled around to order at the... window. The wait was 10-15 min before my order was taken. The car behind me kept honking. I finally paid at the window & wasasked to pull over & wait some more with several other vehicles. In 89° weather, my total wait time was approximately 30minutes or more, unbelievable. Then, when they finally brought my order, it turned out to be wrong. I just ended up leaving withwhatever was in the bag. Wow! I didn?t wanna wait another half hour for them to get the order straight. Needless to say I won?tbe going back. Read more
New to the state of PA and stopped here for some lunch. The #7 & #8 meal was really good. The staff was nice, service was fast,... and my girlfriend and I are greatly appreciative of Burger King. Read more
I think being understaffed is the issue. But this BK has declined. They take forever for both drive thru and inside. Order is... usually missing something or half your order is cold. Some of the employees act like it's a joke to repeat your order back toyou don't greet/thank you ect. Read more
Wow, just wow. I love burger king but this was probably the worst I've been to. First off the cashier was struggling to run the... register, which is okay because people have to learn, but the whole place was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I hadplanned to eat in before I saw that, and have seen cleaner bathrooms in sketchy small town gas stations. However, the tippingpoint which has prompted me to write my only ever negative review was the "Ch'king sandwich that I got that was a shear breadingsandwich. Sorry for the rant. Read more
Took 8 minutes to get our food. It was 1230and only 5 people in front of us. I think they only had 4 people total working.... Bathrooms were clean, but they had no ice in the drink machine. Onion rings were barely cooked through and not hot. Overall,disappointed. The joy of 2022 fast foot restaurants.. Read more
Went thru drive thru, worker kept yelling "what?" in a huff not only to us but also coworkers; had a little wait after being... yelled at to pull up in front of building. Drinks were sticky plus overfilled and the sweet tea tasted like soda pop so went towaste. The fries weren't very good, sandwiches okay, and the mozzerella sticks excellent. Actually the mozzerella sticks arebreaded just like the chicken fries and are delicious with both marinara or honey mustard so I gave an extra star. They offeryummie Heinz ketchup too ???? Gave an additional star hoping the worker was just having a bad day and doesn't normally treatothers the way she did and overall the food was okay albeit a bit pricey. Would probably return if in the area but McDonald'ssweet tea is way better so most likely will end up there. In conclusion I say check it out and hopefully you'll have a betterexperience...but definitely give the mozzerella sticks a try ???? Read more
Unfortunately this time experience was bad. We came for late lunche cic about 3pm. There were no other customers in the... restaurant but there were no nether one clean table inside. All tables were covered with pieces of food and spills of drinks.The bathroom looks like not cleaned last few weeks. The chicken fried in old smelling bad fat. ONLY personal were nice andfriendly, but this cannot compensate bad hygiene. We will not come here soon. Read more
