Not too happy about my experience, any time at this location. There was a promotion on the app and on the window advertising 2... meals, but the 2 sandwiches on the picture that they advertised weren't part of the actual promo. We asked the cashier and shehad no clue. The soda machine inside was so nasty looking. Like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There were no lids for drinks.No napkins, no ketchup. The lady didn't give me receipt or a number for when my order was ready. Both sandwiches were soggy andgross. I got a crispy chicken, and it was not crispy at all. And it wasn't even busy. Read more

Just terrible!!!! Burger was old and dry. Couldn't even eat it. Was falling apart. Every time I go there it's terrible!!!! Went... back to exchange the burger for a new one it was just as bad. Stay far away from this place. Read more

Sat at the drive-thru for 10min before anyone took my order. There were literally zero customers inside or at the other... drive-thru window so I REALLYYYYYY don't understand what the wait was about. This has been the worst fast food place in BelleVernon for as long as I've lived here. Between unnecessarily long waits to take your order, lack of cleanliness and not havinglots of items on the menu. They should fire everyone and start over. Especially the managers!! A fast food restaurant in the valley where the staff make the food with care and it looks as good as the adds! No smashed... burgers. No cold burnt fries. Only sometimes it can be a bit of a wait because like everywhere they are short staffed. Read more

Sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. They left their mic on and could hear them talking. Even heard someone... yell at them to take orders. They laughed. Took my order. Waited forever just to have everything wrong. Wrong sandwich. Wrongdrink. Forgot sauce. I work in food service and when can everyone wear fake nails and rings? Unsanitary AF. Read more

I waited at the order window before some one said ?hello?? Like the were answering a phone.. I placed my order.. they said... they were out of zesty sauce so I chose a different one.. at the window no one said a word to me.. 2 girls just on the phonetexting .. only one girl seemed to be working?. I checked my back and no sauce.. food was cold and did NOT taste freshly made.. the full phone number is not on the receipt making it difficult to call and complain.. figured I?d do the online survey on thereceipt to voice my complaints and it would not accept the store #.. maybe they changed it in the settings for that reason Idon?t know.. Waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru before someone even spoke to us. Then after ordering we were overcharged for our food.... The deal on the sign said 2 for $6. The manager at the window said the sign was wrong. I looked online and sandwiches were still2 for $6. The manager then "gave" us a free sandwich to try to appease us by not charging us for one of our whoppers.... Betweenthe 8 sandwiches we paid $12 more than we should have. Came home to find our 9 piece chicken finger meal was not in the bag. Went back out to get my daughter's meal. Went inside. Told the manager the sign outside still said 2for $6. Then flashing rightnext to her was another sign saying 2 for $6. Her exact words "that's a corporate issue. They are not 2 for $6". Fine, got mydaughter's food and came home. Drive thru given priority even when customers are standing inside waiting. Literally workers ignore you while they stand there... doing NOTHING. No communication. Just pretend you don't exist. No napkins and no one bothered to restock them either whenmade aware. Drink machines were down and we weren't offered any refrigerator drinks even though we paid for a drink with ourmeal. We had to ask for cold Waters. No customers after us were offered that option either despite being told the machines weredown. The actual manager never even addressed anyone. 20 minutes later when we got our order and they gave us the wrong one. My burger was microwaved, cheese not melted, everything else cold cause it had sat there so long. People coming in after usjust left. This is the experience each and every time. Shameful since BK is the only place with a plant based patty. We aregoing to stop hoping it will improve and just say no. Read more
