Never really had a problem with this store. I get delivery often most Fridays for my kids, they almost expect it and it's a... treat for them. My orders have always been done right (which I usually have a problem with at other stores) and the deliverydrivers have been kind, respectful, and careful with my orders. Called myself getting a pasta bowl?. & the beef in the bowl tasted so off I couldn?t even eat it. Very dissatisfied being the... fact it was the second delivered bowl after the first one being made wrong. Idk what changed rather it?s the owners or lack ofemployees? but I highly wouldn?t recommend. Save your time, order from somewhere else. The last time I ordered the pizza had literally no cheese or sauce! Not to mention it wasn't even cut. They just threw some... spinach in the middle and I guess called it a pizza... The sandwiches are always overcooked and cut like no one gaf. Ordersaren't made correctly, and when you call the store they're rude, and very dismissive. I've reached out to corporate. This wastheir response; "The Belle Vernon location where you ordered is locally owned, so I have reported your concern to their office.This will give their office the opportunity to hear your feedback firsthand, and do what it takes to keep you as a loyalcustomer." A well know pizza chain in my part of town. Nice pizza that tastes good but definitely not the best. Update: This place can't... get orders right anymore. My wife ordered 2 pizzas and a coke. They forgot the 2 liter of coke and didn't initially want to senda driver after their employees forgot to put it in there. Read more
I ordered from here and my food was nasty my cheesy bread didn?t have cheese on half of it and my bread bowl wasn?t even cooked... all the way and there was a random piece of meat in the bowl and when I called them the manager told me he will only refund methe bread bowl then hung up on me ?
