I ordered using the McDonalds app. Arrived at drive thru line and waited over 40 minutes and never recieved my food though my... credit card had already been charged. I only ever order a black coffee with 8 cream and 8 equal on the side. I NEVER GET A CORRECT ORDER! This morning I watched the... lady put cream in my coffee and she said, like a deer in the headlights, no its black. I should have went right back in. $12bux an hour---these idiots need to get it together!! Read more
No matter what 6 out of 10 times they will get a part of or the whole order wrong in some regard. The food is always warm... however. The hours used to be fantastic pre-covid, but it's a toss up if they are even open at any given time . Read more
We went through the drive through and we ordered multiple burgers. They forgot half the food we ordered so we went back inside... to try and get it corrected and the lady in the kitchen was very rude and claimed she already made our food even though we hadproof of the stuff we were missing. Then, we finally got our new burgers they forgot and they were made wrong even though thelabel on the outside said it was what we ordered. By the time we got to leave we had to wait a whole half hour just to get someburgers. Read more

I went through the drive thru and as a former employee of McDonald?s, this experience was a disgrace tonight. Rude employees... down right to ignoring the customer request. My friend ordered a filet, fresh well done and they gave us a cold sandwich at thewindow. We let them know of the request that was suppose to be on our receipt, which we tried to let the ones at the firstwindow know to make sure it was on there and got ignored. Then proceeded to have us wait 25 minutes outside, to us going in tobeing asked rudely if there was a problem and we asked about our food and they didn?t have it down. I understand things happen,but that was ridiculous. Also got told that a pie would be a 30 to 45 minute wait and when we asked why so long they saidbecause it takes time to box and bag. It takes 13 minutes to make one and 30 seconds to box it and run. Staff was also out ofuniform wearing crocs on the floor. Also, the manager ignored us and they slammed the window in our faces. The new clean, modernized, technology infused Mickey D's is a breath of fresh air. The new touchscreens give you the freedom to... take your time and choose what you want. I will say that big orders for larger families can take a while but for a single orderit is quick. Read more
