An absolute nightmare. The app shouldn?t say ?9-10 minutes? when it?s actually over an hour before you get your drink. No way to... refund or cancel order. Employees move slower than mud and are rude. I?m a patient person but a non refundable coffee shouldn?ttake an hour. Read more

I arrived at 5:30 with my autistic nephew, standing in the rain and didn't see the small sign that they had saying that indoor... area was closed. The employees just looked at me instead of having the decency to come out and say that it was closed. Willdefinitely not be visiting this location again. Read more

In any business we rely on reviews to help keep business up and service at its best!!! Well let me just say this Starbucks is... amazing. But not so much about the drinks(which are great) but it?s THE PEOPLE is what makes this place 5 stars plus 100..lol..Iwork at AT&T. I come in all the time to get a water and When I go on I rave over it because it?s the freshest most amazing waterI ever had ever n my life(they say it?s triple filtered) They always greet me with a smile when I ask for it. And we banter andtalk about life for a minute or 2. Well I made getting this water such a habit that now everytime one of the workere sees meoutside they just bring me one because they saw me and they know I love it!! Do u know what that means to me after a long day atwork just sitting outside waiting to leave and have a water handed to me with a smile from a worker just cause they saw me andknew I liked it..it means a lot!! Two stars because drinks are fabulous as at any Starbucks, but service lacks severely. Drink orders are taken out of groups they... were entered in and mixed up. Waited 15+ minutes for a cake pop and a short steamed milk. I had already been given the otheritems in order. I wasn't the only customer experiencing this. Just make them in the order groups. This is by far the worst Starbucks to go to if you want to do anything else with your day. I went through the drive thru when... there were only 3 cars in front of me. I waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru line for one drink. This is every time too. I workacross the street from the store. Went there on my 30 minute lunch break and had to leave because 30 minutes went by and stillno drink. No order ahead ever available either. No matter what if you go through this drive thru expect to wait an absurd amountof time and use half of your tank of gas for a drink. Read more

I visit this Starbucks location about once every two weeks, and I have never had a bad experience here. My order is always... correct, and the staff is always friendly and enthusiastic about their jobs. I specifically want to applaud Cal! They were soprofessional, yet conversational and funny. Definitely one of my best experiences at a Starbucks! Read more

Great, friendly employees. My home away from home....but minus one star for two reasons... It's either blowing freezing air in... the place or it's unbearably hot and secondly can we redesign the long wall with more seating options that are practical andcomfortable such as these pictures from another newer Starbucks that I visited recently.
