Another edit. They finally seem to have figured out how to make a decent pie. It's back to what it was before minus a tiny... bit. This is an update from my previous 5 star ++ review. I liked pizza company when the first guy ran it, I liked it when thelady ran it. Mostly five star experiences for taste and all the other important items. Under new management I can tell theyhave some kinks to work out. The pizza dough is brittle and cracked at the end, and overall fairly tasteless to be honest nowfor some reason. Wings were soggy and tough. Two pizzas and six wings were fifty dollars! That seemed crazy to me. I'd givethem at least three stars if the prices weren't so expensive. There are no prices on the website and when you ask them to senda menu you don't get one. I will give it another month or so before trying again. I'm sure they are working out the kinks andreally hope the price was a mistake. I can't afford a fifty dollar pizza meal. Especially when foxes is actually better tastingnow than pizza company and is a fraction of the price. I wish the new management at pizza company good luck and hope they figureeverything out. We loved pizza company and would get delivery at least once a week. Read more
They were the 3rd pizza place I went into the day I was there that was willing to deliver 2 pizzas to a business in Charleroi,... PA!! Will definitely order from them in the future when/if need arises!! Read more
My wife and I did NOT like the food here UNTIL the new owners took over. Pizza is amazing. Their wings are awesome as is their... hoagies and cheese fries. Read more
If they don?t give you what you paid for always get refund. I got half a hoagie paid for whole was told by owner I could get... free one next time I came in. Apparently ?holly? gave up ownership and now no one can get me either my money back or hoagie Iwas told I could get. Read more
This used to be our favorite for wings and sandwiches and I liked supporting a woman-owned business. But my last order was... extremely disappointing. The Capicola Untouchable only had one piece of coppa. The wings were more plain than they weresauced. And while I understand all the reasons why you need to raise prices, I do, you are cutting corners on your productdelivered to your customers. Read more
Not what it used to be. I know costs have gone up but $23 for a large pizza with only half pepperoni delivered is just crazy.... The plain part was full of bubbles and pretty much had no cheese. Read more
This is specifically for the rostraver location. Please do not waste your time or energy with this place! The whole situation... was horrific. I'm hoping I can reach somebody so they don't go through the same thing I did!. I happen to call for two largepizzas and was told my wait time would be 30 minutes. I arrived 35 to 40 minutes from when I called. I had to call and let themknow I was there and the girl told me that she would bring the pizzas out when they were ready. Well I sat in the truck lookinginto the store for another half hour. I seen only one person making pizzas and everyone else not doing anything much. I calledagain and the guy said they were waiting on the second pizza. There was occasional cars that pulled in and waited near me butsomehow they brought their food out to them. So at this point it's been about an hour and 15 minutes from when I called, beenwaiting 45 minutes outside the store. Some older gentlemen pulled up next to me went right inside and got his pizza. I askedhim how long it's been since he called and he said about 20 minutes. I went into the store and he told me they burnt the pizza.They gave me a cash refund after I demanded it. They could have been upfront. A little communication would have went a longway. Some lady in her car chimed in and said that this is her second visit there because they took home the first pizza and itwas burnt. I'm a very reasonable person and I wish they would have told me if they were that busy it might be an hour wait. I'm not sure what happened if they were really busy or if it was because the pizzas were burnt. this is my first and last timehere. I know it doesn't sound like it was that horrific But the big deal was that they seen our truck sitting outside for 45minutes looking into their store you would have thought somebody would have said something when I called in. And if they madepizzas for the other guy so quickly how come ours weren't done after an hour and 15 minutes. Read more
