If I could have given less stars I would have, I had a very bad experience at this location ordering a birthday cake in advance.... They took my order, I paid over the phone and they called me back two days later saying they couldn?t use the non dairy icecreamin the cake order. I said ok, called another location which they did and informed this location I would like to cancel my order.They said no problem, three weeks later I never got refunded. I still haven?t and I?ve called multiple times. The one said shewas dealing with it from corporate via email and would let me know. I never heard back from her and the other manager said ?Iwasn?t the one to deal with this, contact the other manager.? I thought that was their job? I ended up disputing it with mycredit card company. 73 dollars is a lot of money and not to get refunded when you cancel with plenty of notice?just be aware ofthis when ordering cakes from this company. Came here for mommy son date night on Saturday. Coldstone has lots of great flavor options and mix ins to choose from. My son... chose the the chocolate devotion and I had a Silk chocolate with brownie and Carmel mixed in. Both were delicious! I'm so gladthat Coldstone has dairy free options available. I came in for a cone. Made my choices. I then watched and realized that older, leftover, bottom of last batch is placed on top... of new batches of ice cream. When the server got my cone out, I noticed her removing a soda cracker from it. I asked aboutit, and was told that it was to prevent moisture and keep them crisp. I paid, left, and started to savor the ice cream. Everybit of it had that ?stale freezer burn smell? that we all hate. And the cone was probably manufactured during the last worldwar. Stale. I had wanted ice cream: in the wee hours: so, the next day, I hit Cold Stone Creamery. The young woman, was very nice: which, is... on 'top' of my list, when, going about town. Management, you have a winner here and I hope you realize it.She did her job well and with kindness. This is a nice, clean, and comfortable creamery. Cold stone is amazing anywhere but don?t rely on this location to have your custom orders prepared on time.
