At dinner here tonight and can’t recommend enough the amazing food. The snapper wings were delicious. The oysters with... manchego and fresh were great. We also loved the brussel sprouts but would recommend a balsamic glaze extra on top or the side.The bacon was good paired with the other items we ordered. Drinks were great and now we are in a food coma, happily:-) thanks tothe French waitress who was on her game and the manager who stopped to chat. We will be back as locals. Read more

I only had an hour since I had an event to attend on a Friday evening. Stopped for a martini and a sushi roll. The place was... packed but I found a seat at the sushi bar and immediately was greeted by super sweet and friendly server, Kayco. She took myorder and came back within two minutes with a water. Drink arrived only a couple of minutes later. She was obviously waiting ona lot of people at several tables, but took the time to chat with me and has a genuinely upbeat personality that shines through.She gave me the best service I’ve had in Florida in at least two years. The rainbow roll was absolutely delicious. Better thanany of the Japanese restaurants in the area. Cocktail was spot on with blue cheese-stuffed olives. Whenever I’m in Largo, Ialways want to grab a drink or food at Seaweed! One of the top 10 best restaurants in Pinellas County. Read more

Very good sushi. The snapper wings are fantastic and extremely unique in presentation. See picture. I would say 4.5 stars but... not an option. I've had a couple times where one of the entrée meals was very expensive and was good not great. First time at Seaweed and loved it! Great happy hour menu, make sure to try the steaming bubbly cocktails they are so good! We... went with the bar bites app menu. Firecracker shrimp, Brussel sprouts, oysters, and tuna teaser were all great! Bellair and crabroll were okay. Live music, beautiful patio, great staff, we loved it there! What a fun place to eat!! Sat at the bar and Willy the oyster shucker was a blast of entertainment ! Bartenders were friendly... and fun!
