I'm an annual visitor to the area from Tennessee each fall. My favorite place to visit when it comes to restaurants is off grid... or mom and pop run spots that only exist because someone had a dream and made it reality. I had the Reuben and let me say,incredible! The best reuben I've ever eaten. Fried pickles where very tasty as well. I will be back and you should give it atry, I highly recommend it. Always great food! They have a great list of local and National craft brews. They also have fun cocktails. Brother?s drake mead... and other wines on tap! I love their house pickles and chips as well! Read more
Loved the atmosphere. Not at all what i was expecting... much better! Sat at the bar and listened to the employees and they seem... to genuinely like working there which helps with the guest experience tremendously. I wish the menu was a little bigger and hada little broader options but other than that i really liked the place! Read more
We were camping nearby at Indian Lake State Park and took a side trip to Bellefontaine. We saw an ad for this place and... thought it might be worth the trip. Glad we did! Huge tap beer selection work beers, ipa, ciders and some wine. We ordered aflight as we could not narrow our choice down. For dinner we had the fried bologna (very thick cut) and some phillies. The foodwas very good! For a starter we had the loaded tots. We did not leave hungry! Service was outstanding and staff was kidfriendly. We love camping at the State Park... and we will add this as part of our itinerary! Read more
Always loved the Asian Chicken Salad. Was REALLY craving it tonight. . . For some reason, they didn?t grill the chicken like... usual (looks broasted) and the dressing seems different ???? please bring back the old dressing and chicken!! Read more
