Why does a place that has charbroiled hamburger not cook fresh to give you great food. Buns never seam soft .

I'm pretty sure the shake machine at this location hasn't worked since the stores establishment.

The food was good but the manager was a b****! Very rude. Three people had fries and she gave us four packets of ketchup. Asked... for more and she huffed, puffed, and rolled her eyes! I will NOT return to this location as long as she is working. She needs tobe demoted and/or put back on the grill! Read more
I think out of the two in Bellefontaine, This is one is the worse of the two. The other location made me fall in love with the... $1.99 Bacon Cheeseburgers. The burgers here were just low quality, tasted like it was heated in a microwave, and not fullyeither. Used to be really good, but dipped in quality for sure once the new one opened. Read more
Have had many average or below experiences eating in and/or driving thru this.. But tonite, it was EXCELLENT! I chose the... drive-thru for dinner. The woman working was polite, personable, and efficient. The crew was clearly busy and hustling but ingood spirits in the background, and the food was hot, fresh, well-made and got to me quickly. Stopped back in to use therestroom and the dining room and restroom looked clean as well. If this is a new crew, KEEP THEM! Far and away my bestexperience ever at this location! Always good food. I used a deal on the app and saved a few bucks. I tried the Bacon King this time and the sandwich is huge. I... got 2 meals out of it. I totally recommend downloading their app. They have so many deals and you accrue points to use towardsfree food. Read more
